LEADERS IN COMMUNITY

Our work develops community leaders who can cope with the additional pressures of managing remote work forces, technological challenges, and increased accountability, while thriving in their roles. Our eight month training program transforms emerging leaders into top performers by focusing on eight key areas. In each unit, training will be supported by rich examples of best-practices that can be readily applied in the community as the leader learns.

 

The areas of focus of this program are: Leadership, Improving Processes and Systems, Leading People, Communication, Coaching and Mentoring, Management, Choice (time) Management, and Financial Management.

Course Format:​

  • 2 x 60 min in-person group classroom training sessions per month

  • 1-2 x 60 min 1-on-1 training sessions with your highly qualified  business trainer

  • Book Reviews, videos and other materials to support training sessions

  • Weekly accountability reporting

  • End of course, celebratory wrap up event and certificate upon completion

 

Total Costs: $599 / month ($4,800 total),  class size limited to between 8-14 individuals.​
